Event Calendar

Adding an Event

  • Log In (you should have user level Author)
  • find Events in the toolbar on the left
  • click Add Event (1)
  • give it a short Title (2)
    add descriptive Text (3)
  • add a location by starting to fill out the fields (4)
  • the google map appears, the more you fill in
  • add date and time in the right column (5)
  • choose your chapter (6)
  • you can now publish your event (7)
  • edit your Events anytime by clicking Events in the Toolbar
  • hide events, if you do not need them by changing the Status to Draft / Entwurf
  • delete events on the events list

     

Sharing an Event

  • Under your title, you find the Permalink / URL to your Event (8)
  • Copy / Paste the Permalink to the desired destination (right-cklick, copy link address)
 
 

Sending a Newsletter

  • Log In (you should have user level Author)
  • find Newsletter in the toolbar on the left
  • click New Campaign (1)
  • give it a short Title (2)
  • add a Subject and optional a Preheader (3)
  • change Sender Name, Sender Address and Reply-To-Address dependending on your Settings for your Chapter
  • Click into the Template and simply add your Title, Text and maybe add your Event-Link (4)
  • optional: add an attachment – max 10MB (5)
  • choose your chapter (6)
  • you can now save your newsletter, to edit it later or send your newsletter (7)

Sharing the Webversion

  • Under your title, you find the Permalink / URL to your newsletter (8)
  • Copy / Paste the Permalink to the desired destination (right-cklick, copy link address)

you need authentification for incoming and outgoing emails
Username: E-Mail Address
Password: gets sent to you
